This cake was a lot of fun to make!!!!

Beach theme

I used graham cracker crumbs as the sand for this one, with colored piping gel as the water. The other items were made of fondant.

X-box

The request for this was an X-box in Iron Man colors. 

Birthday Cake

This a chocolate cake with buttercream icing. The bow and daisies are made of fondant.

Graduation Cake

This cake was for a graduation here on base. The cake is covered in buttercream icing with fondant decorations.

Birthday cake

This is the first cake I made in Japan. I still needed some work on my writing at this point. This was a chocolate cake with buttercream icing.

High School Graduation

This cake was for my son's High School graduation. It was one of the first cakes my husband and I made after taking class. The stickers on the cake were made of fondant and edible markers were used by his friends to write messages on them.
