Graduation 2015
This is a yellow cake with raspberry filling, covered in MMF (marshmallow fondant). Lots of fun to make. The top of the graduation cap is the only part not edible on the cake.
Love Bird Wedding Cake
Hand painted bottom tier to look like wood.
These love birds are made from gum paste.
This cake was lots of fun and tested my skills. The bottom tier is vanilla/chocolate swirl. The second tier is vanilla with a raspberry filling and the top is vanilla with buttercream.
